Close, but not quite what I said. I said playback of .ts recordings was new and still has some problems. Recording of .ts files is old, and it has done this for quite a long time.

I tried those two ts files.

I ran them through VideoRedo - no audio/video sync errors.

I then played them via gbpvr (video library) and they both played fine to me.

Certainly no audible signs of stutter.
AMD Sempron 3000, XP Home SP3, Maxtor 200GB SATA, 512MB, PVR-150, NOVA-T-500, ATI 9550, Silverstone LC13

Also thanks for the responses sub & imagn.

It does look like it may be a (playback) codec problem.
VLC doesn't use external codecs and usually plays back my mpeg-ts files fine, but it doesn't like the ones produced by GBPVR1.2.9. WMP seems to playback the mpeg-ts file produced by GBPVR1.2.9 fine.

I'll have to dig around and (re)install a few things.
