Unable to view settings in PVRx2

After installing the upgrade from 1.2.9 to 1.2.13, was unable to view the settings in PVRx2.exe. Log showed it was trying to find a "skin" directory.

Create a directory called skin inside the GBPVR directory (should already have one called skin2).

Mine does the same. Click on settings, what looks like the settings menu flashes on the screen and goes back to the main menu.
Running default blue skin, and straight upgrade from previous version.

clicked on settings at 10:12:00

p.s. Seems to work OK on a PC Client. The above was on the server.
I've just tried with an MVP and it goes to the menu, but there is nothing to tweak.

Not working for me.

Edit: NM, completely uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Then created the skin directory along with the skin2 that was automatically created.
