Problems with DVD Playback

I am having the following problem with DVD playback. DVD's play ok but when ever I try to Pause, fast forward, stop etc. PVXR2 stops responding

I have attached the log files following trying to fast forward a DVD.

Does it help if you set the dvd audio renderer back to 'system default'

The audio renderer was set to system default but after a little more trouble shooting I think the problem might be with the remote control (MCE 2005 2a). DVD playback works perfectly (as far as I can tell so far) when using keyboard commands. But if I try to fast forward with the remote the program stops responding. I am going to have a play with HIP and see If I can't get things working better.

In those logs it was set to 'CyberLink Audio Renderer (PDVD6)'.

Good to hear you might have found teh cause though.
