With the Video Library pointed at a Recordings directory, it just lists file names, no metadata. You get something like "SHOWNAME200903172200-200903172230.ts". When you play it, the OSD also shows only that. Perhaps one of the plugins would pull the metadata, but the stock plugin does not.

I'm using the Blue Retro SHV skin and mine DOES show the meta in the file listing but it does not show it on the OSD . . . but that would be a sweet feature if it did!

Attached is a picture of what my video library shows if I point it towards the server's recordings directory (the C:\Temp directory).
