Config.exe Error

Greetings All,

Out of the blue, I now get this error when I launch Config:

Error loading plugin list: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
at MVPPosition.MVPPosConfigForm.ReadConfig()
at MVPPosition.MVPPosConfigForm..ctor(XmlDocument configuration)
at MVPPosition.Position.GetConfigFormInstance(XmlDocument document)
at Config.xfd6951461fe46d87.x81464aef82823e23()

To be fair, GBPVR has been running well and I haven't tried to make any changes in the last month or so.

Config also errors if I try to exit with "OK" (to save any changes).

I seem to remember I had an error like that with the MVP Position tool when I went to add another MAC address for my new NMT.

What I did was copy one of the other addresses out into notepad & save it then changed that address in config.xml to the new address & set it up with the position tool until it was right then removed the position tool from pluging & pasted the first MAC address information back into config.xml & saved it.

If the MVPPosition plugin is installed there is a limit (I think 5) of MVP/NMT's you can install. Typically you need to remove some when you get this error. NMTInstall will insert duplicates if you tell it to and sub has two included as examples so the limit is easy to reach especially if you have NMT's and MVP's.

That was it Martin, thanks! I have 3 MVPs and an NMT, and added section to my config.xml after Christmas to test the PCH we got for my in-laws. With the default, that made 6.
