MVPMC + standby of NMT

My current setup in the bedroom is an MVP with CRT SD TV. The TV has a sleep timer that I use nightly when I fall asleep.
I have a 27" LCD monitor that does not have a sleep timer, Is there any way to hook up an NMT (egreat or PCH) to power off after x amount of time and thus cause the monitor to sleep?

No there is no sleep timer. The NMT's go into standby differently, so only is to hit Power twice or once with the EGreat.

I'll be asleep so no way to press the power button. I'll have to get a tv with a sleep timer.
