I had been running PVRX2 successfully with one eGreat outputting to an HD television. I now added a second eGreat via NMTInstall and it outputs to the second set (an SD NTSC TV) as if it were 16:9.

Is there a way to independently set up the two eGreats so both sets are driven at their respective aspect ratio and use appropriate skins on each? Did I miss something in the setup?

I'm not sure what your question is since the aspect ratio is related to the source video's aspect not the TV's format. Ut would be normal to see 16:9 video in letterbox on and NTSC machine. You do have to set the aspect ratio in the NMT setup and you can also set default to Full screen (stretched) if you don't like letterboxing. The zoom key will toggle modes too.

AFAIK GBPVR supports one MVP skin and one NMT skin but it doesn't support HD and SD skins at the client level. Alternatively NPVR allows only one skin but if the skin has been designed for HD and SD (and also 16:10) I think the custom format will be loaded.

I set the aspect ratio to 480 in NMTInstall when I set up the second eGreat and in CONFIG I chose Community-SD for the skin. The PVRX2 display still is too large for the SD screen. The ZOOM on the eGreat remote doesn't have any impact.

I even went into the PLAYBACK tab in CONFIG and changed from 16:9 to 4:3.

I would be ecstatic if the SD set would display the GBPVR skin letterboxed but can't seem to get there.

What skin would you recommend I use for my setup?

Although I will often beta test some applications, since I regard GBPVR to be a critical application I am not ready to move over to NPVR.

Tomorrow I will experiment some more trying to get this working on both the SD and HD sets.

I knew I should have asked for the output from the syntax check. You weren't talking aspect ratio (during video playback) you are talking OSD resolution. I would recommend changing your config.xml height to 576 less 2x the offset and seeing how that works.

mvpmcx2 is designed around 640x576 since most TV's can handle it. With on devices you could override this, with two it is more difficult.

Sorry I don't recommend skins other than noting if something doesn't work go back to Blue or Default.
