Reproduced the error message again just now and here are the logs:

I too have noticed a similar issue after building up a new client machine and upgrading my server to 3.5.7 - I get the connection error on start and have had a few occasions where the client simply doesn't want to connect to the backend server despite the machine being accessible. I've just tried the patch above but it hasn't made any difference.

Dude, before Johnsonx42 says anything, logs!

I also have the same issue just never took the time to report it since things appeared to work. ALL logs attached!
