I restored a known working db3 database from 7.27 and it did not help

I also update epg and it is still blank

also, the devices screen no longer seems to come up in the web page, but from the icon in status they do show up..

Your issue is not the database it is related to a bad install. I am not sure if you tried to reinstall, if not try that first.

If you did install the runtime https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downl...tudio-2022 here Unmanaged.dll requires the 32 bit (x86) runtime
