Using NextPVR instead of Channels DVR

This is my first time using nextpvr and I wonder if it's possible to use sources to add cable providers like channels dvr? Or is there another program I'm missing.

No TV Everywhere as a source is not supported. The only way to get them into NextPVR is using Channels DVR m3u files.

Thx for replying. So I guess that means each tv provider I use I would need there m3u file like philo or dish is that correct?

Philo and Dish may not even provide IPTV-like m3u files that you can use, they are likely encrypted.

Even TV Everywhere only works with unencrypted streams and the broadcaster can encrypt them anytime.
