Got subtitles working in web browser on the server. Using win10 nextpvr.
But when using a Kodi client I get no subtitles. Any idea why?

Once again you are posting without doing any research by searching in Kodi or this forum. Technically it is not a NextPVR issue. In North America most shows don't have subtitles, they have closed captioning and Kodi makes you go through a few hoops to enable closed captions. In general I would say Kodi is only average w.r.t. closed captioning so not all files will display properly especially older versions.

You need to search how to enable closed captions in Kodi, it is disabled by default.
