When I try and get GBPVr going im getting the channel tuning not known. However why i do the following i get some strange errors about the card in my machine.

I select BDA Recoding Pluging and then select the Twinhan DVD-S
update the EPG
Map channels to the EPG and then i get the following error

GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device you have configured. Check the device is properly configured and not already in use.

Im sure its not in use so am I right in thinking i need some special drivers or something?

What version of the Twinhan drivers do you have installed?

At the moment ive the standard ones from the twinhan site. Do the BDA drivers that twinhan supply work with the twinhan satellite cards as well?

When you say "standard ones", I assume you mean their proprietary, non-BDA, incompatible with GB-PVR drivers?

You must have BDA drivers installed to use this device with GB-PVR

Ahh ok different error message now
first it complained about the microsoft mpeg splitter. I did

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mpg2splt.ax

and that sorted that

now ive got another error saying
"you will not be able to record or timeshift live tv untill you install the cyberlink, interview or showshifter mpeg2 muliplexer filter, these filters are often installed with other applications, but were not found on your machine"

it then comes up with an unhandled exception error them crashes.

just to add, it doesnt crash out in the normal way. It says that it cannot start the BDA service and then comes up with a box sayig unhandled exception.

ive looked on the forums and googled and Im stuck at the momen :-(
