Sorry, there is nothing in your log which indicates the problem.

Can you try explicitly setting the video decoder to something other than 'system default', then restart the config app and try again?

Strange. I have applied that patch that was mentioned on the install guide for bda devices (the microsoft one) on the hauppauge forums with no luck either.

Is there anywhere I can grap older versions of gbpvr? As I have had this working a few months ago (reinstalled and never set it up until recently)

bgowland Wrote:Sorry for the double post but...Having re-read your message I just spotted the above (and the fact you've had v1.3 drivers and presumably an older version of WinTV2000 installed).

Have you done the full PITA uninstall of everything using HCWCLEAR and manually uninstalling all apps. from Control Panel Add/Remove Programs ? Instructions are on the Digital Terrestrial forum on the Hauppauge site. If you haven't then you should try it.

Cheers,
Brian

Yup, a few times Smile

Changed to Cyberlink etc and it seems ok atm, its just scanning right now Smile

Quite a simple thing to, quite annoyed I didnt try it.

"23:25:02.687 VERBOSE FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: default"

Maybe it was that? I don't get that now ive changed the video decoder Smile

I found that bug yesterday, and have fixed for the next release. I thought it was worth a shot. That alone should solve quite a few people's problems.
