Generic MVP Question

Hi All,

I have a rather generic MVP question. Can you select on the unit whether it is PAL or NTSC, or are there separate versions for the US and Europe? And is the power supply 220v/50hz happy?

I want to pick one up, but in Sweden they are almost double the USA price, and I am going back to the US in a few months time. Should I wait or bite the bullet and pay the rip-off swedish price...
