Did you try using the remote to type the chapter number and press enter?

I'm just recommending not using this right mouse button popup menu thing.

Unfortantly I am not home at the moment (will try as soon I do get home). Just out of curitosity, why not use that mouse method?

It's just not a supported mechanism since I didnt write myself, and not something I've ever tested. If it works for you, I guess there is no reason you should stop using it, but it doesnt help you with your original hopes of controlling it using the remote.

I understand completely! I was hoping that there was a way to send the menu commands as windows messages.

in the end I still love GBPVR and one day hope that ratdvd get's it's issues fixed.

Hi Sub,
One last question. Does gbpvr support the Matroska or Ogg video containers? I am trying to find a simple way (e.g. girlfriend friendly) to store videos on my hard drive. My hopes are to find a container that allows me to have more then one audio stream and chapters (don't really care about extras and stuff).

I dont really know anything about them. Simple playback might work if you have the appropriate directshow filters installed, but there is no special logic for switching audio streams or anything like that.
