Broadcast H.264 support in GB-PVR?

Any news on GB-PVR HD support yet? I am still looking for an AVC decoder fast enough for live viewing,

lets hope we find one before the world cup is over!

Last I heard, sub was still working on it.

BTW - do you know if the Mainconcept/Elecard AVC decoder and a P4 2.4GHz machine would be fast enough for live playback?

I can hook up a graph in Graphedit and it all seems to connect right and lock to the channel but the ActiveMovie window just shows a black screen on playback. I haven't tried capturing the TS to file yet (bit of a novice with Graphedit ).

It will play but not at full speed, probably ~10fps It looks like you would need a dual core Athlon64 and an X1900XT to get anywhere near 25fps with the Elecard or Cyberlink decoders!

I'm still working on the guys at VSS and Core but it looks like we are going to have to use the Cyberlink decoder for the WorldCup at least. I'm going to get a Dsat rig sorted out so I can test some of the streams myself on monday.
