Sub, further testing from work I found that if I did the same thing but stopped Live TV and restarted... it records, it seems like its not flushing the record schedule til I get to the main main. just a guess... but you are the programmer =)

Regarding those last logs, what was the show that failed, and what time was it?
How did you schedule it, and were you watching live tv at the time?

I suspect its the same bug as these:

I setup the record approx 5-10 minutes before they were to start I think..
