Lindsay Wrote:A_Brass, as you know, I have this problem, too, so, yes, I would like to get the dvr version that fixed yours. Friend has it as well.

The driver I tried that fixed my sound problem is
2.0.43.24103 dated 4/13/2006

One little note, after I updated my drivers I had a very strange occurrence with my network settings. A new network setting was created that started causing my IP to change at random. I can’t remember what the new setting was called but it was directly related to adding a "new" capture device. A little research found a MS article about the strange behavior. The article said the behavior was "by design". A reboot was all that was required to clear the "fake" network connection.

Thanks. I am using 24108, a later version, and I still have the problem.

Skip raises an interesting point. Do you use ch numbers or frequencies?

I could not fix the unpredictable sound problem with the Hauppauge
PVR-150 MCE card.
I have given up. I think of buying a Pinnacle card.
