Try editing the config.xml file on the client PC. Change this line:
<ClientModeCachedReadSize>49152</ClientModeCachedReadSize>
to read:
<ClientModeCachedReadSize>65536</ClientModeCachedReadSize>
Video streaming shouldn't stutter anymore. I had 54g wireless until my 54g AP died. So I'm back to 11b and it's still stutter free.
