Well in an effort to restore everything to a Wife-Friendly status, I erased all of our recordings(throught the recycling bin) and I had no capture source installed(I also tried deleting them one by one with the capture source installed) and I have no recordings pending or recurring, ready to watch or any whatsoever. I tried cancelling the recording service(via the tray icon) and a few other things, but even with nothing but a fresh xml download it doesn't seem to work.

totally stumped.

yapi2xml creates a log file, what does that say. if it says the schedule is corrupt or not downloaded then it is a yahoo problem BUT in 24-48hrs it will work. It seems to take yahoo that long to generate the file initially and then it will work forever.

if you're still have issues post the log from yapi2xml in this thread.

P.S. This thread would probably cover a lot of your issues: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=28861

I was trying to replace Zap2it with yapi2xml also, in frustration and an attempt to speed things up(only waited 24hrs). I downloaded the Yahoo Go program to see if it could get a schedule. It could not and on the Guide screen has a sponsored by Zap2it logo.

Does anyone using yapi2xml on v99.12 still getting schedules?

Yes, plenty of people are. What issues are you getting?

Just the standard 'Schedule file corrupted or not found', I just did not expect that it would really take longer than 24hrs. Hopefully everything will work in the morning...

I'm getting the file corrupted error as well. 97124 comcast cable.

It was working, but for the last 28 hrs no joy.

More and more people are using it. All I can suggest is to vary when you try to download the file, if not 3am then try 7am, things like that.

Yea, possibly delay when in the morning. Its taken 24-48hrs for some people to get their first schedule then they haven't had problems.
