I haven't had a chance to look too closely yet but bds.tv (the people who provide everyone else with UK TV listings) provide free listings for a range of stations (BBC, ITV, the flextech channels and the UKTV channels). They are not in XMLTV format but I would not have thought it would be a big deal to parse them. But then again I haven't really looked.

Register with them thought http://www.bds.tv and see if the listings are any good - let us all know if they are
