Can you try installing this decoder: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPV_Decoder.htm
If it is still not working with that decoder selected on the playback tab, then zip and attach the logs again.

That log file shows you still have the decoder set to 'system default'. Please set it to the MPV decoder, then reproduce the problem and repost the logs.

I have changed it to MPV. There are pvrx2.exe1, 2, 3... am I sending you the right one?

Immediately after trying it, post the PVRX.exe.log and PVRX2.exe-native.log.

Everything looks ok in there. Do you see video if you run the tuning assistant?
