The channels that you have enabled in your capture source are not those that you're supplying listings for in your XMLTV file. Effectively, all the listings you're supplying are there in your database, but they're for channels that are not enabled, so they're not shown in the TV Guide.
Try renaming your gbpvr.db3 file to 'gbpvr.db3.old', then start the config app, create your capture source again from scratch. This time, select the xmltv plugin and your xmltv file, hit the 'update epg' file to pull in the list of channels, then hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button to get it to scan, then map each of the channels found to your xmltv channels.
Also, this time leave your 'channel changer' set to 'none', since its not needed for digital tuners.
After you've done this, your channels should show up fine in the TV Guide.
I suspect you got in this state by starting out using the 'DVB EPG' EPG Source option on your capture source, then later tried to switch to the xmltv source. (but the channels from this file are not associated with your channels found during the scan)
