Unfortunately nothing obvious there. My DVB-T/S/C scans seem to be working well, but Elmo in the other thread has the problem, and has me lined up for remote access in a couple of hours, so hopefully it'll be easy for me to reproduce there.

I replaced PsiParser.ax with the original and the scan finished cleanly but no channels were found. I will try the older TS reader and mon next

These two lines in the psi.log were missing from the PsiParser that crashes

10:51:38.653 Parsing section... pid=0000,section_length=-4, available=184, x=0
10:51:38.654 CRC is bad. Not parsing PAT.

Unfortunately elmo's scanning problem was a red-herring, so the solution wasnt going to help your scanning. It turned out to be simple mistake in BDA.ini.

"-4" doesnt look good there. I couldnt see these messages in the psi.log you attached. Do you have a new file you can supply?

I lost those logs, and those entries aren't there with the new scan with an older TSReader. The last scan with the new TS mon didn't find channels either so now I am scanning with the old TS mon. If you want those -4 logs I can probably duplicate the scenario when the current scan finishes in 10 minutes.

Can you try temporarily unregistering GBPVRTSMon.ax, and see if it helps during your scan? Its not needed for scanning, and will tell us an indication if its the cause. It'll with be GBPVRTSMon.ax or PsiParser.ax causing the problem, but you cant scan without the latter.

No luck with anything really, except it only Data Protection faults with the new PsiParser. I've cut qam.ini down to one channel that I know works from PVRx2.exe but even with it config gives no channels found.

Can you post another psi.log? Maybe I'll find some more clues in a second one, or be able to look for commonalities with that last log posted.

This contains psi.logs for the one channel scan using the old and new PsiParser.

Thanks.

Can you check your PsiParser.ax is the same date/time as this most recent version of it? http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=3...stcount=37

Yes that is the same. The old one is not the one from psi-patches it is dated Dec/31.
