Some can accept a 24Hz signal but not all. When watching 60hz (USA broadcasts) content, the PC's resolution should be set to 60hz or 59hz (if not available, force HDTV resolutions in CCC). The PC should be set to 24/23 hz when watching 24p content like BluRays.
