How to make comskip work in WIndows

I have had a similar result, where some of the recordings don't get commercial skipped. It may run but exits, so I chalked it up to differing video files. But it may be worth looking at my logs to see if there's a problem occurring like the OP had.

Hypervisor Host, Linux Ubuntu VM, recording to QNAP NAS, NXTPVR 7.0.1.241229
