Can you please post the exact Model and Rev of your capture device? Its printed on the tuner label on the board. Can you also tell me which country you have configured you capture source for, and whether you have selected Cable/Antenna?

Yes, i am very sorry that i didnt respond to that earlier, i forgot. And also that you for your patience, i am very new at this and finding it difficult to understand everything. I read in a different post that i have to 'fine tune' those channels, however, i have no idea what that means or involves.
As for the information you need. It is set to Canada with Cable. I have no idea what the Model and Rev is. If it is very important i will open my box t'night and get the information. I did buy the card at FutureShop (if that helps).
