The line "resulting cutpoints" indicate where in the processed file the commercials where removed.

So a line with only 0:0:0 means nothing is done.

From the file you mailed me I conclude that there is a problem with mpgtx resulting in nothing being done.
Possibly the PTS timeline of your recording source is corrupt.
COuld you run this command from a cmd window

"c:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\mpgtx.exe" -i "F:\The Insider\The Insider_20051121_02000230.mpg"

This will report on possible problems in the mpeg file.

I actualy deleted that file....I didn't mean to send you the insider file...

could I try that with any other file...

I think I know what the problem if it has to do with my card............

I've been having problems getting it installed correctly.....

I finaly got it to at least work, but it says it isnt properly installed and at startup it says found new hardware and everything...

but i was trying to get it to work for so long I just click ok and such cause it still records....

Some/most MPEG players do not have a problem with a corrupt timeline.
mpgtx, the cutter used in comclean, can not work with a corrupt timeline.
Sorry, you could consider using another cutter, but that is all more complex.

Options:

Videoredo, automation is possible, comskip can generate the input, costs money
Cuttermaran, use comclean2 i.s.o. comclean, more complex, must install cuttermaran separate, less simple.

Other option.

First use the retime utility inside the retimr.zip file on my server (see below)
That should restore the timeline, then run comclean.
Is slow and many things can go wrong.

Best option.
Make shure your video card records with a continous timeline.
