comclean individual show

i usually have no need for comclean as i watch the show and delete it. however i want to archive a few and remove the commercials. can i set comclean to clean an individual show? say one that was recorded several weeks ago. is this possible through the command line?

I vaguely remember all you need to do is drag + drop the mpg that has comskip txt files ALREADY generated for it, onto comclean.bat and it will run it....
