Where do I get the logs from to attach? I don't have any plugins in the plugins folder, so not sure why it has problems. Its not only when config is running but also the recorder, or gbpvr. Anything related to this program now uses 99% of my cpu and I have to either end those or restart to get functionality back. It worked fine for a while and then now has issues. If you can show me how to do the log, I will do it and zip it and send it to you.

Thanks
Benjamin

Read the sticky thread titled "posting support questions". It covers this.

ok here are the log files, I don't know why there are so many, hopefully you can take a look at them and tell me what the deal is. Also if I'm missing any let me know.

Thanks

I've tried to uninstal and delete the folders, but on reinstal it still has issues. Do you think if I uninstalled all the files, folders and devices like the pvr500 and then reinstalled it all including .net, windows installer 3, direct x9 would that fix it? I uninstalled .net 1.1 after I started having issues based on other peoples blogs on this issue, but nothing has fixed it. What other ideas do you have that might help. Do you think it could be a windows thing?

Thanks
