Hmm, no change, I'm running driver version 1.0.1.5 (April 11th 2006), but the same result as above...

It's pretty confusing as it did work for a short time, and I'm sure it's not a problem with GB-PVR... so I guess this should move over to the hardware forum.

A little update..

I installed Windows (XP SP2) on another harddrive in the same machine, and only installed the Twinhan DTV app and GB-PVR. I didn't install the drivers for the Hauppauge PVR-500.

In that setup the config app doesn't get an error when it's scanner for channels, but it doesn't find any either.

I'll keep trying out some different things, maybe it'll get better when I get my cardreader and the MultiDec up and running.

Okay, just to bring some closure to this thread, I thought I'd mention that it's working now.... I installed driver version 1.0.5.9, and restarted the computer, when it got back to windows I noticed that GB-PVR was recording something and when I saw it was from the dvb-c card I thought "argh, a failed recording", but when I looked in the recordings dir, it was there looking like a real file (and it does play back well too ).

So, it's working with that driver version, but I guess it could also have something to do with the recording service connecting to the card right when windows starts. But it works, and that's what's important
