Its not that clear in my memory, but I think the channel numbers are part of the channel names for ATSC and ClearQAM channels, and because these channel have different numbers in the two channel lineups you're using, then end up getting treated as different channel names.

You could probably let it load all of the Schedules Direct channels for each capture source, instead of just specific lineups, then decide on using one specific version in both mappings for these channels that overlaps.

Its a bit of a hassle, but these mixed lineups can be complex, and if you didnt tell GB-PVR which channels are the same in this way it'd have no way to know.

OK, I kinda thought it was something like that.

If I decide to leave the channel guide this way, can I change the channel numbers assigned by gbppvr which conflict with my analog cable channels. For example, in the above post, channel number 35 is assigned to ATSC digital channel 35.1. Can I change it to 351? If so, do I do this in the channels tab of the config utility?

You can change the numbers, as long as you dont change two channels to the same number.
