Only in 1.2.13 for me and it works great. But then it leaves you at the mercy of what other windows decoder/filters you have. So your mileage may vary. Give it a try and post some feedback.

ok, I tried turning off the TS Reader, and it didn't change anything. I've no idea whether it really did use another reader, or if it ignores that setting, or if it found I didn't have anything suitable and therefore used the built in reader anyway. The logs look like business as usual.

Maybe as you said, turning it off in 1.3.7 has no effect.

Just adding that you are not alone, I'm having this problem too exactly as you describe. Hope for a fix! It's hard to believe the beta testers didn't come across this.

Because of the black screen issues and playback stuttering I'm having with this new version, I tested using the ts reader.ax file from this version in a re-installed version 2.13 which didn't have the black screen and stuttering issues. Unfortunately it doesn't work and just crashes the PVRX2 player. FYI.

I'm not sure if this is related but I also find my subtitles run about 5 to 6 seconds ahead. Not that I use the subtitles but as that box is ticked, I see them when starting to watch a recording before turning them off. I guess it could be related as there displaying may well be linked to the timing information with the file.

Subtitles are off in the new multi ts mux for me too. I've switched back to using dvr-ms.

Are you using DVB-S or DVB-T in NZ? I can't get subtitles using DVB-T at all.

This is because they dont transmit Teletext subtitles on the DVB-T version of Freeview. Instead they use DVB Subtitles which dont work in GBPVR.

DVB - S. This is not a concern for me as I don't need them. It just ocoured to me that it might be related.

Are you guys running on systems formatted with FAT32 rather than NTFS? Maximum file size on FAT32 is 4g.

No. We're talking about problems that occur at the 4GB point in files that are bigger than 4GB; with FAT32 we wouldn't have any files that big to complain about (or we'd have far more horrific problems).
