Thanks for the reply Martin

The fact we no longer have to suffer the noise of a PC in the living room more than compensates for a minor bug like this. Smile

I found another MVP problem with 1.4.7 that wasn't there in 1.3.11. If you hit the back button when watching live tv, it goes back to the beginning of the show instead of back 30 seconds as expected. And skipping forward doesn't work at all.

I am still on 1.3.7, gave up using 1.4.7 because of the "Black screen after hitting stop during live TV" problem. However. for other reasons I want to reinstall Gb-pvr. Was the problem ever solved? Otherwise I have to install 1.3.7 again.

To be honest, I havnt looked into it. I recently moved my development environment to a new version of the compiler, so I'm not in the position to do patches until the next release comes out. I've got this problem on my list of things to do for that release.

Thanks Sub. Since my setup is based on four MVP's I stay on 1.3.7. Hope you have fixed the problem in the next release.

OK, so I had to roll-back to v1.3.11 (wife said so). No problem, that's working fine as are my 3 MVPs. The trouble is with my NMT. I upgraded it to the latest but it won't work with v1.3.11 and I wasn't smart enough to backup that folder. Where can I get the last version of mvpmc that worked w/ v1.3.11?

Thanks,
-Brad

You are going to need to apply all the GBPVR patches to 1.3.11 this link might give you a suggestion http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=43441 but since a poll of GBPVR users I made don't agree with your wife, I won't support it any further.

I'll have to look for your poll. I guess maybe the number of MVP users is shrinking rapidly...

I use two MVPs here and the only issue I have seen is the black screen on return from live tv. Skip forward or back working fine as well as comskip. I run win2k on a pent 4 box.
