Are you using wireless networking, or wired?

I cant think of any reason it would alter them by itself. Where are these KHz numbers come from in the first place? Did you manually type them in, or were they in the <display-name> field of your xmltv source? If the later, it'll only use these numbers when it first creates the channels. After that you can change them and the app will not care, and it wont try to update them. (if you're on Vista or Win7, then its VirtualStore may be causing you to see your older copy of the database)

-They were in the 'display-name' field of the xmltv source. I have win7 and now you mention it, I idd got a message of virtualstore I think (didn't know what it meant). How can I verify this, because I'm not finding it directly on google.

Try deleting the "C:\Users\<Your Acount>\AppData\Local\Virtual Store\Program Files\Devnz" directory.

Not that I've seen.

The map is deleted. I updated the EPG again with the correct frequencies. On the PC and PCH the channels are visible and I can scroll through them. But it's all stuttery on both of them :-(.

It wont be related to the virtual store then.

I've not seen any other reports of channel numbers being reset. If it happens again, then you'll have to find a reproducable set of steps that shows the problem, then I'll take a look.

If you do a recording and play it back, does the same thing happen?

Yes, the same stutters. And no audio at the moment.

If you play that recording in another player, like VLC, does it play smoothly, or show the same problem? (ie, is it a playback or recording problem)
