Honestly, no - I've got no idea at this stage. The logs aren't pin-pointing anything obvious.
In that same registry key, try setting LogDemuxFileOps=1 (DWORD), then restart NextPVR, reproduce the problem, then attach the NextPVR logs and the c:\temp\file.txt file.

Will do, but wanted to point out (without meaning to muddy the waters) when I play live TV in Kodi with NextPVR as an add-in there is no video (black screen) but the audio is seamless. Not sure if that helps or hinders.

Is it the same with a recording? If so, you might need to supply a sample recording.
