So, I guess showanalyzer should be able to get this parameter now - I guess I should be able to just call

showanalyzer.exe -channelnumber %2

And that should do it?

I havent tried this, but you can probably add something your PostProcessing.bat like "ECHO %2 > c:\channel.txt" which write the channel number into the c:\channel.txt file.
