Try uninstalling/reinstalling, but when reinstalling tick the box to "install as a service".

If you had a shortcut in the startup folder remove it...

reboot..

and try the button again.

I use RAdmin as well. It's easy to configure. I've even wrapped it around a VPN program that doesn't require punching a hole in your router for a port forward. (For a VPN, I use HAMACHI. It uses a 5.x.x.x IP range so it's totally secure.)
Back to RAdmin. You can send a Ctrl-Alt-Del through RAdmin using F-12. Once in full screen mode, you can use all the other CTRL, CTRL-ALT, ALT- commands.
I like UltraVNC, but have more power with RAdmin. Their Version 3.0 that will be coming out soon has a TON of added power too.
