NextPVR's IPTV support is just designed for rtsp urls. It's instead intended for use with the types of http urls that IPTV providers use. (so using the m3u for your fritzbox is a non-starter)

You mean the EPG is missing? Then Martin was wrong because exactly this is what I'm looking for: TV recording with support of an EPG (as mentioned before).

If you'd used m3u, and wanted EPG, then you'd also need to supply an xmltv file or url. I'm not sure if your fritzbox provided this or not. If you'd used just a m3u (no xml), then you'd get channels but no EPG.
If you'd used the built in SAT>IP (instead of m3u), then it'd get listings directly from the broadcast.
