Quote:I also tried graphedit, but i can't find most of the filters in the "DirectShow Filters"-Category.
F. e. i don't have a "WST Codec", but a "WST Decoder".
Could the problem lie in the naming-difference for the WST-Codec?
You looked in the wrong category. They're listed in the WDM Streaming VBI category or something like that. The logs indicate its successfully locating the 'WST Codec' on your machine.

When you try it on your PC exactly what behaviour do you get? Earlier you said:

Quote:If i start a GBPVR-window and go to LiveTV-Mode, then, as soon as i press CTRL-R, the video-picture freezes and after a few seconds the GBPVR-process disappears. (->"crash"?)
But this was when you did not have encoder pass through set. No you've set this, what do you get.

You're absolutely right, it's in the "WDM Streaming VBI Codecs" Category.

The behaviour on MVP and PC is just the same as before. As soon as i press CTRL-R the screen freezes, the PC is busy for some seconds (CPU and HDD), then the GBPVR process disappears.
On the MVP, if i press the Red button, i see the semi-transparent background, with "100 (0)" steady in the upper left corner and the time (correctly updating) in the upper right.

I don't know if that is of interest, but i've tried teletext using the Hauppauge VTplus app, and it works fine there.

Hi guys,

Just picked up on this thread while having a problem viewing teletext on my MVP.

Everything working fine here when I use the GBPVR application on my PC.

However, when I try to access teletext on my MVP in live TV mode by pressing the red button I get an grey overlay on top of the picture with the time in one corner and 100 (0) in the other and nothing happens. Pressing the back button returns me to live tv without the overlay.

Did anyone manage to solve the problems that they were having and successfully receive teletext on their MVP?

The following is my log file which results from me turning on my MVP, selecting live TV, pressing the red button to invoke teletext, and then pressing the back button twice and then the power button:

Try running:

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\WSTSRTAnalog.ax"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\WSTSRTAnalog.ax"

In Sweden we have the possibility to have shows texted via teletext page 199 - which will show the channel and teletext together and only the swedish text from teletext.

Would it be possible to record the show including the teletext?

I'm not entirely sure this answers your questions, but you can enable teletext subtitle capture, and it'll record an SRT file containing the subtitles. If you've got the SRT viewer enabled, then you can also show the subtitles during playback.
