A utility that is installed with GB-PVR. The install would have created a short cut to it.

I just ran that and watched while it scanned. Every channel was black.

I've tried each card individually and in different computers and they each worked individually. I have 3 pci slots in the computer I want to use. One has a sound card, another has a pvr 150. I tried to move the sound card to the empty slot (where I had the hvr 1600) and the sound card didn't work.
Apparently the empty pci slot doesn't work so the problem must be with my MB, not the tv boards or gbpvr.
