perhaps you should try with just one pvr-150 installed, to simplify things. Pull 3 cards, and then run nextpvr.exe -emptydb to get a clean database. Then add one known good channel and test.

Looking at your database you have 4 analog devices defined, but you only have have channel mapping for 3 devices. oid-23 is missing. It will be the second one on your list because you made it priority 2 and I don't know why the screen shot shows it having 49 channels.

Edit I manually poked them into the database does this work better?

Have you tried the scan function on setting up analog devices?
