Quite long, and hibernating manually straight after app start hasn't caused the problem since so that's probably not it after all. Now I can't repro it at all (hibernating either manually or via system timeout). Must be a particular combination of things, I'll report back if it happens again...

A 2nd issue I've found is that after hibernation, assuming I didn't get the error, I frequently have two instance of PV running - presumably the first isn't shutting down at all when that happens.
The only sign that something's wrong is that video playback/live tv is jumpier than usual, then on exit the screen moves straight to the 2nd instance. I've attached my logs from when it happened earlier today (but note it was running for a while & I played back a couple of recordings).

Forgot I reduced logging to provide smoother playback. Will post from the new PV when it happens again.
