Quote:i did some further reading in the forum, and installed WinDVD, which gave me the intervideo codec.

I had the same problem changing channels and starting livetv. Not using satelite though. Using digital Cable into a Haup 150.

After upgrading to 97.13, things got worse. Don't know why..

So I pulled the works ..

I used the K-Lite Mega codec pack to give me Intervideo. Same difference, I reckon. But I did remove absolutely everything, including the cyberlink codec first. I'm starting to think it's cursed. I aslo went into the registry and removed all reference to cyberlink.

I then installed the Intervideo codec, and whatever delay I had switching channels and even just starting live tv, went away...

umm, i just tried a lil program that came with GBPVR, called "MUX checker"

it says no multiplexers are installed, and GBPVR will not run properly. Could this be the problem?

Where do i get a multiplexer frm? I looked in the wiki, but it doesn't really say WHERE i can get one from
