just upgraded to newest installer[4.0.4.170820], i notice that it's only mpeg2 channels that have problems starting..same with older version..4_0_4_170731

nope..hdpvr still wont start unless back skip. and no in-progress
hmmm,not sure i have any sd mpeg2 setup... i'm also seeing decoder errors that don't appear in other players w same codecs... on mpeg2 streams [block artifacts on occasion] it happens on exactly same blocks on ms and cyberlink codecs.. but in another player no errors visible.

hmmm, interlacing issue?
U.S. mpeg2 is usually only place you'll find interlacing..typically... i have had some streams that are h264 native interlaced but very rare. [or forced by me setting hdpvr input to 1080i]

trying to find the ffmpeg cutting solution i made the other day..makes nice cuts, almost no alterations..
