Error: Cannot Play Back File

I just started having a problem where GB-PVR fails on playback on files randomly. When the failure occurs, I get the error: Cannot play back file. If I try to move on to another file after the error, GB-PVR locks-up. The files themselves appear to be ok. I can play them with other players, and I can play them with GB-PVR after I restart it.

Any ideas?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.
