Strange XMLTV problem

For some reason today my guide listings are one hour early. A show for 1pm shows in the guide as starting at 12 noon. This just occurred today and was fine last night. I have 2 other programs that use this same xmltv data and the time in their guides are correct. Is your program compensating for Daylight Savings early? I've emptied and re-added the EPG and also redownloaded the xmltv data from the Internet again with no change. Any idea what the issue could be?

Some modifications have been made on latest version of XLMTV for countries with summer/winter hour system (most european countries). May be it's causing problem with your configuration.

I'm seeing the same thing as gplasky. A quick look at the data in the XML file shows that it is correct.

What style of date is used in both of your xmltv files? Also, has daylight saving just kicked in there? It should cope with it, but this is certainly a possibility.

The time zone is right for me GMT -5. Daylight Savings Time in the US starts at 2:00 AM next Sunday.

This show currently shows in my guide as starting at 8pm and ending at 9pm. If it was next Sunday it would be worse because we spring ahead an hour. It would be 2 hours off.

I can also confirm this is happening.  I've looked at the XML file, and it is correct.  The time shows are listed in the XML file match the time the shows actually are on TV.  But when viewed though the GBPVR program, all shows are displayed an hour early.  So if a show begins at 9PM, the XML file shows 9PM, but GBPVR shows 8PM.  

Seems to only be GBPVR though.  I have myHTPC installed as well, using the same XML file, and the times it lists are correct.  

Hope this isn't too much detail.  I'm just trying to help give info.

Any ideas for fixes for this?

Yes, its definitely a problem. C#/.net doesn't have any direct support for timezones (other than the local one), and the library I'm using seems to be doing something wrong. I'm looking at it now.

I've checked yesterday whether daylight saving is a problem. I didn't have a problem, but I use the time format GMT+01:00. This doesn't explicitly state the timezone but gbpvr works with no problem.

My timezone is GMT -0500 which is in the XMLYV file. Point is this broke as of yesterday. Maybe it is ony negative timezones from GMT. DST starts next week. If it was related to that the shows would show up an hour later. Something else is happening within the program. I also have myHTPC and GotTVPVR. They are all using the exact same XMLTV data file. This issue is only affecting GB-PVR. sub will figure it out. He recognizes it as a problem and is checking out the libraries. I'd be curious to know what timezones are being affected by this or is it just Eastern Time Zone which I am in.
