GBPVR 0.97.07 patch for Comskip problem -- corrupted zip file?

Just upgraded to 97.07 and worked through the "v0.97.7 Survival Guide" thread. I downloaded the Comskip patch "gbpbv.zip" and it downloaded as 496,249 bytes. Neither XP nor PKZip can extract anything from the file -- it states that it is not a valid zip file. Is it indeed corrupted or am I missing something?

Its not corrupt. Some people have problems downloading zip files with Internet Explorer from this web site. Try disabling the HTTP 1.1 extensions in IE, or download using some other browers.
