Problem with Music Library 2 in 97.9

Thank you, Fatman_do.... I tried close all the gbpvr-process and copy it all again. Same result....

BUT i think that i have got something!
In the log i can see the ML2 is looking for the skin.xml and can't find it. It is looking in "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin\Blue\MusicLibrary2\skin.xml" but i have a danish windows and here the program-folder is called Programmer. The path have to be "C:\Programmer\devnz\gbpvr\skin\Blue\MusicLibrary2\skin.xml".

Could it be some program-folder-hardcoding, psycik ?

Yeah somebody else came up with this.

I don't get the skin file, gbpvr goes an gets it for me. I'll raise a note with sub. I think with the panel I *may* cause a problem since I construct the path to the skin file.

But with the others I use a new routine of subs that will go looking for the skin if different places, that where the "mayday" message comes from.

BTW - I've re-uploaded and checked the download.

I don't think it will solve your folder issues though.

The question you are posing about skinhelper-what-cha-ma-giggie.

It should be finding the skin file if it is installed correctly right? It should not have to fall back to the 'Blue' skin....

I know it exposes issues when a skin is not present, but I just thought of this.

Sorry guys, don't think it's me or sub. I just installed gbpvr to a different directory, then gave it the MusicLibrary2.dll and no skin files, here's the results I got.

mila06, maybe as well as a log you should post you config.xml, there's a skin root path in there, I wonder if yours if hard coded to c:\program files\

Mila06, apart from some errors in the config log (which I expect, not sure how to get rid of those). I don't see any problems loading the skin for ML2.
