According to the error in your logs, you've entered an invalid username/password combination. Check you can use the same username/password to log into http://labs.zap2it.com

After some down time between GBPVR installs, I noticed that my zap2It account had expired and was asking me to take a short survey before they would continue to provide me with listings. I don't know if that had something to do with not logging in for two months while I was between HTPC systems, but once I logged in to zap2it to see what was up and filled in their survey, the program guide updated fine again.

hmm...I went to the zapit2 website and logged in with no trouble.
Then I started the software, retyped everything, and it worked...maybe I somehow mistyped it the first time. My subscription did expire, but I used the same account details as before so I don't know why the old setup didn't work. Will repost after it finishes downloading listings and I see if it's really working again..

Now it keeps "not responding" and when I try to set it to record something I get "Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

I'm having a similar problem, not being able to connect to Zap2it. I read on the Wiki about some "exception in your firewall". What is that about? Here's my config.exe log snippet:
